   Warning: Vitriolic reaction to video!
   Video makes an EXCELLENT point and then subsumes it; that the first children to benefit from medications were the victims of an insult to the central nervous system. Part of your message ought to be that we cease insulting the central nervous systems of children.

   Bravo! This message has needed to have been shouted from the rooftops a long time ago. I deal with young people and I’ve tried to give the same message to concerned parents (perhaps more concerned that I’m only trying to silence an overly rambunctious child).

   The series of videos should be made available via some public system (throwing out ideas here- TV/public library/doctor’s offices??) so that parents get the message and that adult ADDers get the message, too.

   Otherwise, it will all come back to the long-standing belief that docs just want kids on drugs because of some kind of sinister hidden kickbacks they’re getting from the drug companies. Just like the theory that the drug companies have already discovered all the drugs needed to cure cancer but are releasing them because they would go out of business or bankrupt if cancer was cured.

   I think it is so true what ;you say about medication. I have started medication I’m 53 and I feel better. I was wondering about the new informaiton about Brain Plascity there is this school in Ont that gets kids to do computer work,and written they were a patch over the eye and the brain rewires itself,.It is at the Arrowsmith school in Ont.The women who started the school had many learning dissapbilties herself and she started working on herself and she is involved with Brain Plascity Can you do a video on this information CBC put it on The brain t;hat changes itself. .. With the new information and the findings that are out on Brain Plascity , and how it is helping people with all kinds of learning and phycal dissapilty (can’t spell these works only have a grade 9 education. Why don’t you do a video on this and its findings. . I live in Nova Scotia It has taken thirty years to get a Dr to send me to see some one on ADD. But many Adults are left on there own because the system is dealing with the kids. So for me to get help yes I’m finaly on meds and they meds help. But what about a computer program one that you can direct the adults.. In Nova Scotia living out in the country I need at home help, and I’m sure many other Adults themsevlfs and there kids have this but no access to help. I have been looking on the net for a program for adhad but I don’t trust what they are offering. Many Adults are so beaten down so if we had a program we can do at home to help us,with cognotive skills , and sujestion we can do at home. This would be great. I like this website but I don’t have access to nothing., but my computer. Yvonne
