Hello,

I am 47 and discovered my problem is add after watching the public television show and reading the Lazy Crazy book. I have an appointment with a psychiatrist who (according to my HMO) specializes in ADD. I am sure he will give me meds. I am worried about becoming a zombie, but I know I need help. I’ve been medicating the anxiety with food-not working out real well as you can imagine. Any suggestions?
