Part of the problem is that I’m impatient, get easily frustrated, can’t focus on one thing for very long (especially if it’s not interesting)…well, you get the idea. These are the very problems that got me into this situation and if I could change them through hard work and discipline, I doubt I’d have a problem to begin with.
Why is it that the solution to ADHD invariably demands skills and discipline that we do not have in abundant supply?
