Disctracted66 – Thanks for the good words. I had a bad day when I wrote my post. Lots of stress at the office. But I’ve been working with someone lately for my anxiety and I think it’s starting to give results; I would have normally had an anxiety attack with all that happened that day, but no, just trembling and my hearth pounding. I kept it under control. If, or rather when (lets stay positive) the meds works and helps for the anxiety, it will be great! I guess once it works, you become more rational and less inclined to have an anxiety attack!
