hi Lanakila000, when the Dr. upped my dose he had me use up my remaining 18 mg tabs until they were gone by taking two daily. I noticed that when I started my 36 mg tablets that they seem to work a little better. I really know nothing about Adderall but the name. Is the Adderall you take long acting or short acting ?? The Concerta doesn’t make me feel spacey at all and thanks for your input, it is really appreciated !!!!!
