No problem, Well im a bit new to the forums. If i may tell you a little bit about my situation, im 23 and have dealt with ADHD all of my life. My parents refused to put me on meds because they didnt believe it was possible for me to have it. Ive been through a ton of jobs and cant seem to stop my racing thought especially negative ones about certain situations im in.
I probably get up from my cubicle every 15-20 minutes without doing that i cant think straight or focus.
In the past it was something i dealt with and it was relatively ok but recently ive gotten married so im trying to figure out if i should pursue medication as i really dont want to mess this up.
