I know there is a short adjustment period with Concerta. For me, I could not sleep for the first 3 days. And while it helped me gain a little bit of calmness, when we increased the dosage, it made me more irritable and anxious. So I’d give it a few more days and then let your doctor know if things do not improve. Chances are you’ll have to try something else.
