Well Tea……lots of things have gone into the brew……..I think it has something to do with being a strange mix of A & B type personalities and a high testosterone level. If challenged (intrinsically) I’m an A type and can’t let go of the banana until I satisfy and calm my heart……..and if I don’t have a dog in the fight I could really give shit less. I do know what I should care about (my heart tells me) and it is damn little really…….but those things (those few things) in life I care about, I care about deeply.

Me, who I am, and how I walk through this world are on the top of the list, they have to be (for me)…..it has taken a life time diligence (focused appropriately), and it will continue the rest of my life I’m sure…..I know I don’t have all the answers, but I’m content that I have enough for today…….

Just so you know…..I get the feeling folks are missing this……I did NOT use a Naturopath for ADD…..it was for another medical condition. Most of my personal growth……came from years (5) with the most wonderful counselor, or person of influence, or guide, whatever you want to call him??? He helped me find my way more than any meds, or anything else EVER in my life. I will be in debt to him always….and forever. He shone a light in corners of my life I likely never would have found on my own. I was blind to them.

Contrary to what anybody, anybody says…. I believe we all have it in us………and it may just start with… YES I CAN!!!
