If you can, start recording ALL your conversations with your supervisor and co workers. Your situation is a classic Harassment issue. DO NOT tell anyone you are recording. It makes them nervous. In non criminal matters, you don’t need to announce recordings. Turn over your notes to HR and keep the recordings, in the event you need them later. I am a vet, and I have been in a very similar situation.
