If you haven’t already, make careful documentation of every such interaction with this individual and get collaborating accounts from witnesses whenever possible. You have a clear case of harassment going on and you need to report it to HR right away. Assuming you are in the US, the ADA prevents such behavior and businesses that fail to accommodate individuals because of their disabilities can get in a lot of trouble. Obviously, you do not want to be in a situation where everybody sees you as a “troublemaker” but at the same time, it is clear that this person is creating an environment where it is difficult for you to work.
