@Alexial, I’m 37 and was diagnosed a few months ago. I don’t know if it gets worse with age or our lives just get more stressful and our coping mechanisms fail us. The best advice I can give you is to check in here regularly (but not tooo regularly). There are lots of great tips and suggestions for everything. I agree with lakelly that exercise helps–if only I could get motivated to do it.
