Again, posting late into the game, and didn’t read all the posts…
If Concerta is a form of Ritalin, then yes. I’ve had that experience. It also made me extremely sleepy on a 5mg/day dose. I had to stop taking it and am back on Adderall. Still, I get irritable and incredibly sensitive to sound, occasionally, when the Adderall starts to wear off. It’s not every night, but on occasion, probably about 1/4 of the time, usually in the 2nd phase of my cycle, which makes me suspect hormones are at play, as well. But when I was on Ritalin, it was a continual occurrence every day I was on it, unlike the Adderall.
Of course, sounds like you got a lot going on, I’m sure others have addressed that. Really, I wanted to register my experience with the Ritalin. Hope it helps.
