yes, i agree with taking omega 3 fish oil supplements. make sure to read the front and back labels. if you can find out where the fish oil came from, better. they should be toxins-free. i am on maxalife omega 3 fish oil caps that i got from maxalife.com because their fish oil came from new zealand– where water is really clean. i’m very anal about that so yeah.
