i can ‘read out loud’ in my head. that helps a bit. :D if i read out loud ‘out loud’ i end up listening to the sound of my voice and forget to keep reading a bit ahead of what i’m saying and forget to keep speaking and it throws me off completely- although i apparently sound pretty good.
