I’ve worked for the same company for about 23 years in various jobs. My current one is my favourite. Right now I’m a learning and development specialist (I’m a trainer) at an insurance company.

My job has a lot of variety. I’m in class training or developing training material or working on projects. The variety means I’m not bored. My job also allows me a lot of flexibility. If I’m having an off day it doesn’t impact me or my job a lot.
