@Gardener, if you’re eating 8-10 bananas for breakfast, you’re definitely not going to have a Potassium deficiency!
I prefer my bananas just on the cusp between green & yellow. Any riper than that, and they’re too ripe for me. (I’m so finicky, Morris takes lessons from me.)
