Very interesting comment, haraldbenz, about the T4 & T3 combination. I’ve been using the lowest dosage of levothyroxine sodium for at least 5 yrs & when I started on it, I didn’t notice any difference in terms of energy levels. I have in the past experienced a “self-induced” depression, but for the most part am able to not let negative thinking scripts go on forever. Eckhardt Tolle’s book, A New Earth, has helped me with this re: our ego.
