Keep your spirits up. I am sure it is not as bad as it seems.

Have you tried getting help from your local career centre or an employment agency? Or is there another type of work you would like to do? What about going back to school? You might be able to get some assistance, depending on where you live and what you want to do….

Just brain storming. I haven’t done any of that stuff myself.  My strategy at the moment is to avoid going back to work for as long as possible.
