    This article in psychology today indicates it is possible to improve working memory through training.

    Since working memory is an issue with ADD, I thought it could be a helpful. I found a site for n-back working memory test/exercise.

    My brain hurt while doing the test, and I had the worst score of the day (33%) for the 2-back test.
