I’m really good at genuinel showing care and empathy for my friends & family.

I’m really good at genuinely showing care and empathy for my family & friends.

I kick ass at being creative, visually in my mind..you give me the smallest detail & I’ll think of elaborate ways to use it in whatever situation my mind creates. Being a visual learner rocks!!

I’m determined come hell or high water not to give up on something, whatever that may be (martial arts training, school etc). This has motivated me many times in the past to keep going and not give up!

I’m good at thinking outside the box and coming up with ideas no one has thought of.

@blackdog. Your advice was very helpful! I’ve also found it helpful to make specific goals to get done each day. My boss is very helpful with all of this… which makes my job that much better.

I’ve always had trouble saying no to people, be it my family, friends etc. I do it a lot at work. It drives my boss and myself nuts because the more I say Yes, the more I tend to take myself away from the more important things that I need to do..like my job! LOL. I’m very, very slowly learning to say no and but to preface it with a “I’m sorry but I can’t help you now but I will…”. I’m learning that the more I say yes, the more people take advantage of my job position and how its important for me to learn to let others do what they expect me to do.

Even though my boss and I had a very frustrating day together-communication  or lack their of..I’m grateful that he can help me verbally shake me  and wake me up and realize that I need to let bad situations go, move on and learn from my mistakes.

    1. Reassuring myself that starting out a Statistics class with a 97% and then dropping to a 89% is frustrating but it’s a passing grade…so far…I still have 4 more weeks to go.

    1. I’m grateful that I was able to have a civilized conversation with my mom this morning. She’s an A and I find most of the time when I’m around her I’m angry at the disease not her.2.  I’m grateful that I have such a kind hearted boss who is willing to call me and talk. He did this last night. 3. I’m grateful for even the difficult situation I’m dealing with at home, I know that God is helping me through it. 4. sunshine is a beautiful, wonderful thing. 5. going to the store at 8:00am, and having an older gentleman in front of me allow me to go ahead of him.(I was buying 2 protein bars and he had 10+ items… generosity isnt dead! :)).

I take 3 10mg capsules every morning. If I take it say after 8am I have trouble sleeping. my dosage lasts 12 hours. It took me years of trial and error to get the timing right so I didn’t get insomnia, of course I figured this all out this past year..go figure! LOL! It’s a process of finding what works for you…I hope that this has helped some.

@MarieAngell– I tend to talk in circles when it comes to dealing with my alcoholic mom, or when I’m really focused on expressing my opinion in conversation.
