I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in the 1990s, got sertralin, because I also developed a depression; found out about adhd in 2000 and was finally diagnosed in 2016 and got ritalin adult. With sertralin and ritalin the pain got less and my depession is better under control. A couple of months ago I tried to reduce my sertralin dosis to 1/2, but after two weeks my pain increased so much, that I had to go back to the full dosis.

Have been training volleyball referees for years, been a teacher at church, even training teachers. Then something happened and I lost my confidence. Haven‘t taught anything for about 10 years. Tried once but called and said I was sick. Last week I tried again: and tadaaa… I managed it and even had fun. Did I mention that I started with ritalin 3 years ago?? 🙂

Just asked myself what the book ‚chickensoup for the soul for people with add‘ would look like … can‘t stop laughing. Maybe i should write… or rather draw… maybe even doodle it? Let me think about it. You may look for it on amazon, maybe next year, or the year after , probably not before 2035…. but i’m sure you will love it!
