Well-done video, wish I had access to this in the early years of my marriage and again when my son was little. Very approachable, fun, easy to understand, excellent information, positive perspective. My professor used this video in my graduate level class in conjunction with an older video, and “ADD & loving it?!” was by far considered more helpful and up-to-date.

I ordered ADD & loving it along with ADD & Mastering it.
What I’m finding is that much of the general population doesn’t know the real scoop about ADHD. They learn what they hear many times from people with a wide range of myths. When people learn the facts about what this diagnosis is, it helps dispel the fear and negativity that goes along with it. ADHD is a very serious condition, though it has it’s perks. I can’t imagine educating anyone better about the facts than information given with honesty and hilarity by those associated with Totally A.D.D. Their books and DVD’s are ones I’ll absolutely share with friends and family because they’re truly enlightening and entertaining. Thank you all for reaching out and presenting such an important topic to others in such a fun way.

At age 52, I finally started getting answers to all those questions. Your mileage might vary but, for me, my life changed almost immediately for the better. 52 years 3 months and 13 days of thinking I was “not quite right” but not sure why. The relief and joy that you feel? Well, I think you can get an idea. Even if you have only the slightest suspicion that you or someone you know might be ADD then you MUST explore that possibility. This video is an excellent place to start. The return on investment is monumental! Just do it! (please)

Wow; these guys know what they’re doing! As an adult with ADHD, I know the struggles that it often creates. How do you explain this to someone else? And, how do you get a handle on it yourself? Take a look at ADD & Loving It! Through the use of humor (which is an absolute MUST for ADDers), the facts are given here in a non-confrontational way that at the same time is entertaining and insightful. Think you have ADD? Know someone else who might have ADD? Do your children struggle with Attention Deficit? Here is a great look at the positive sides to this disorder and discover that all hope is not lost! I found this short little doc on ADD great. My husband has ADD so it was nice insight into some of the things that we struggle (I get annoyed) with. (Amazon review)

Information was presented in a loving, friendly and funny manner. Gave a lot of information without being harsh. A must see for those living with A.D.D. and A.D.H.D. and those living with a person with those conditions. I personally recommended the production to several friends. It is great information for everyone to see. (Amazon review)

This is a GREAT and FUN DVD to watch. It really helped me understand my young son better. Also, WHOA… I found that I had some of the same struggles as the guys in this show did! It really helps understand ADD and ADHD in an informative yet entertaining way that is worth viewing. For those who want to know more but don’t want to slog through technical or medical books/reviews on the syndrome, this is a refreshing way to look at how people with ADD and ADHD actually think and why they behave the way they do. Thanks, guys, for a great show! It was also a perk to have all the doctors and others on here who (most of them) also have ADD or ADHD. A must see! (Amazon review)

Totally real. So very funny. Far too many “hey that’s me” or “I totally do that” moments. (Amazon review)

If you have a loved one that has ADD or ADHD this is a must have DVD. Very informative and a great first step in the process of learning to cope/deal with a world that is not friendly to ADD. This production is funny, entertaining and full of great advice. (Amazon review)

Everyone. I made my friends watch it. My family. I have ADD, and have suffered the lifelong consequences of poor self esteem, poor decision making, and attention disregulation. It’s so nice to hear I’m not the only one, it’s not hopeless, and I’m not a failure. It’s presented in a lighthearted way while addressing the serious symptoms of this disorder and has relevant scientific research to help you understand what it’s like living with it. After watching, get the most current printing of the book “Driven to Distraction” to fill in the gaps. (Amazon review)

I insist that all patients, families, grandparents watch the documentaries and the change that takes place in that first hour is unbelievable. I use them as the basics for education.

I bought it to understand my teenage son better and learn more about how to help him, but I now think my husband should watch it. There are too many things that in my eyes ring true for him.
And of course it made me laugh, as so many of your (free) videos already have done. That’s why you are my favorite source of information: facts and fun.

I watched this several years ago and it was absolutely spot on in explaining how my world “works.” It’s been a big help, not only for me, but as a tool to help my friends and family “get it.” Now I’m in a new relationship and came back to your site to find information to share (what she’s getting herself into) with my new girlfriend. Believe it or not, I could ramble on and on, but I’ll shut up now… AFTER I say that this smart, funny, informative video is TOTALLY helpful!
