But it will help you understand your sleep challenges and maximize your sleep strategies.

The typical “sleep hygiene” tips just typically don’t work for ADHD.

It’s only $11.99!!! Do you know how much sleep deprivation or poor sleep costs you? This is a steal!

I am an ADHD Coach who is always looking for more information to help my clients and myself. I thought I knew a lot about sleep but this video covered all kinds of sleep issues and disorders that I didn’t even think of as a big deal. The information is well organized and easy to understand. As usual, Rick adds some real life drama that makes it interesting to watch. You don’t have to have ADHD to benefit from this video. I think everyone who has a hard time sleeping or even oversleeping needs to watch this video. The 6 suggestions given to sleep better, are very insightful and helpful. If you have little children, this video can help you establish great markers to help them sleep well throughout their lives. I highly recommend ADDeep Sleep.

It’s scary when I can’t fall asleep or when I sleep for way longer than 8 hours and still feel sleepy. But this video explains why, so it’s not so scary.

Now I know what’s going on, I’ve made an appointment at the sleep clinic to find out what my sleep cycle is and if I have apnea or any other things going on besides my ADHD.

This is an entertaining Video that caught and kept my attention. Lots of great tips on getting and staying asleep. I will try the yellow light trick and some Melatonin tonight. I can refer back to the DVD for more clever tips if these don’t work. Great advice even if you don’t have ADD.
