  • How the partner or spouse who is not ADHD can feel overwhelmed, resentful, and unsupported.
  • How to identify and work with anger and blame.
  • How your ADHD symptoms affect your partner, your ability to parent together, manage finances and run a household.
  • The biggest challenges your partner faces.

When you get stuck, you can watch this DVD again and get something new out of it each time you watch. You’ll discover a deeper level or a practical idea that you can use.

    Three DVDs?

With some of my favorite ADHD experts?

Assembled and interviewed by Rick Green, in his own inimitable, informed, entertaining style?

Seriously, what are you waiting for?

This is one lousy co-pay with a therapist who might not have a clue what you are dealing with.

It’s a few lattes that are probably going to make you irritable.

Educate yourself first! And keep it on hand for refresher courses.

3 discs together. They were all excellent . I liked the order the content was presented in-very logical and organized. Things flowed well from topic to topic. Very complementary from disc to disc. Disc #3, Living with ADD, was very uplifting and hopeful. It left me with positive thoughts that there is a great future out there for ADDers providing they know what ADD is and embrace the diagnosis.

(Living With ADHD) This video is incredibly rich in facts and statistics from many experts (including Dr. J., who hosts it), but it’s the human experiences that really grab you. Especially Patrick and Janis McKenna.

They openly and honestly talk about how Patrick’s ADHD affects their life together, and how they work through the ups and downs. Even when they’re talking about really frustrating aspects of it, their love for each other and hope for their future together shines through.

This is so inspiring, especially as you work your way through trying some of the wonderful suggestions in this video!

There’s a lot of detailed material contained on these three discs. I thought I knew just about everything there was to know about ADHD at this point, but found myself discovering some new insights. One thing that may not be obvious from the title: While there’s quite a bit of discussion around how ADHD changes over the course of one’s lifetime, the focus here is really on adult ADHD.

I just got this set of videos today. Quick delivery! Thank you! The people at Big Brain sure satisfied my need for instant gratification. It just took me another two weeks to pick up the package from the post office. I watched the first video tonight, twice. I had to watch it twice because I missed some of the information since I was also making a snack, practicising yoga, putting away Christmas decorations…ya, well… I was only diagnosed last October and we are still trying to figure out my meds. Lots of good information the first and second time around. It had nice reminders that I’m not stupid, lazy or irresponsibile and why life can be such a struggle. It also explains why I showed up late to the psychiatrist’s office on the day I was diagnosed because even though I was running late I stopped to buy 15 LED light bulbs. Anyway, thank you Rick and friends for your hard work in putting together this site and these videos. My new diagnosis has been a rollercoaster ride just as you said it would be but with you and your crew have helped to even out the rails.
