I took my first dose today (18mg) and it worked well, but the end of it feels a little different than the Ritalin I was taking twice a day up to today. The dosage seems to be fine for me–I had a productive day and I feel great. I think it’s starting to wear off though, because my brain is only intermittently normal right now.
