I have been on concerta for about 4 years now. I have tried everything but i find conserta works the best for me. sometimes i have to take a short acting ritilan in the morning with a concerta because 36mg is not quite enough but the next dose up is to much. but i will tell you that it is a very long acting med. and i find that if i wait to long to take it i will be up at night. it takes a good hour or so to kick in and i find even longer to where off. that is what i like about it because i don’t get that rush and crash. but again you should probably be careful
with taking it to late as far as your sleep problem. good luck
