Thankyou, yes, I had similar concerns about the lack of documentation. Even though some of his points are ok; he moves

too smoothly from the “accepted” to the as yet not substantiated.

Good to know about the other. I would try one of the several Homeopaths out here but they charge several hundred $ for

a first consult … I would like a test run first to know if they were able to do anything specific.

That said, I have found deep massage to be relaxing and will try another variety called Jin Shin Do.

Jin Shin Do session is tailored to accommodate the specific needs of the individual.

After an initial assessment, the client is invited to lie fully clothed on a massage table.

Various points are chosen which address the ension and muscular armouring in the body.

It will be interesting to see if i can learn to release some of my pent up tension.

Along with getting more sleep, exercise and diet .. and eventually off the expensive Straterra.
