Yes I always say it gets rid of my resistance to do tasks that I don’t want to and I can execute in a more logical fashion. But yes learning the discipline skills isn’t automatic unfortunately. I still have lots of stuff I have to do that isn’t started! I’m currently working on eliminating steps in the tasks I have to do that seem to bog me down.
