Agreed, use the delete key – people tend to copy others on their emails to keep them in the loop and it’s usually unnecessary. Better still, only look at email once a day (you have more control over your time) and use filters to get rid of most of them so you don’t spend too much time. Try getting up and talking to someone instead of communicating by email.
