I’ve had derealization, ever since I was a little kid, though it’s not nearly as frequent now that I have so much less stress in my life.
I’ve heard that mild epileptic seizures tend to manifest as zoning out, or being in a dream and watching things happening around you but not being a part of them. I wonder if there’s any connection.
