vyvanse crash : any immediate fixes and things i can do to prevent it tomorrow ?

Hi
started on 30mg Vyvanse.
4 days in.
Crash at 8 hours. Spacey and sore eyes.
Whats the fix to this other than micro dosing. I get bad insomnia without vyvanse but with too much i wont sleep either so… what can i eat/drink to help me feel clearer in the head during the daily comedown ?
B vitamins ?
