From Erin Bernhardt
CADDAC Administrative Assistant
CADDAC is launching the first ever Canadian Survey on ADHD asking parents, caregivers, and adults about their experiences with ADHD, the medical system, and the educational system. We are encouraging everyone to spend a few minutes filling in this survey online.
The information gathered will assist us to not only better understand the needs of families with ADHD across Canada, it will help us advocate to medical, education, and government systems in the future. You will be asked about your experiences with: the assessment and diagnostic process, medical and educational support, access to a variety of treatments, advocating for yourself and/or your children. You will also be given the opportunity to share your experiences and voice your views on any additional topics that you think are important.
We have a survey focused on parents of children with ADHD and one focused on adults with ADHD. Please fill out the survey(s) as appropriate; please fill out both if they both apply.
Please help us help those impacted by ADHD by spending a few minutes filling out this questionnaire online and passing the link on to anyone else that you think might be interested. The surveys are posted on our CADDAC website on the homepage: http://www.caddac.ca….
