It’s great to get together with other who have ADD because there’s no need to explain. I have decided to try to organise (yikes!) a support group for adult ADDers in Guelph. The first event will be a showing of that fabulous film “ADD & Loving it?!”. Here’s a link to the web page.

I’d love to have a directory of ADD run and ADD friendly companies. It would be nice to work with companies that understand how we see the world.
