    I take adderall for my ADD and the drug is showing up on drug tests when I go for employment screening for temporary hiring agencies and employers. The drug screening labs will not accept any documentation because of disclosure laws. I am presently unemployed and have been turned down for positions, because of the medication. Is there a certain medication for ADD that will not show up positive on a urine test for drugs.

    surely this is a discrimination issue – if it’s prescribed for a disability they have no legal right to reject you for employment , surely? where are you
