I suggest you push your therapist on the issue of other conditions (co-morbid?) you may have. From my reading and from personal anecdotes, I understand that an undiagnosed bipolar depression can manifest under ADD medications. Just to be sure — it’s not uncommon for a physician to miss something like this.
