Frustrating.

I can certainly recommend our Workshop on Wednesday evening. Three hours with Dr. Jain and I, talking all about the diagnosis process, how it’s done, where to get help, and first steps. It’s going to be very informal and really spin off of people’s questions. So it’s a good place to get information. You can also try the CADDRA and CADDAC websites. CADDRA is the site for Doctors to get information. CADDAC is an advocacy group working to help people with ADHD and get better help, better funding, more awareness and so on.
