20 is a small dose according to one of my docs. 30 isn’t unusual, and my sleep doc said that she’d take me up to 60 for the sleep issues if necessary. It takes time to get past the side effects for some folks. Some give up too early, and still others, well, they can’t tolerate it.
“really small doses” generally do nothing from what the docs told me, thus, the 20mg start for me, but then, I’m about as ADD as the charts go.
