Re: 45, ADD and totally in the wrong job, I feel suck and screwed

It’s a verbal interview with 3 people asking questions. They ask everyone interviewing the same questions so it’s not discrimination and in fact if I got promoted in a different way some of the others that apply might say they were discriminated against. The questions are similar to this; Give us a situation, your action, and the result when you’ve had to persuade someone to do something they don’t want to do. Now these are work situations and must come from work experiences, but explaining the details takes time and those interviewing me don’t necessarily do my job so I have to explain things in explicit detail. There will be 6 or 7 questions in a similar vein that require a lot of detail and explanation.
