Amylazz, there are a wide range of symptoms that come under the umbrella of ADHD and we experience them to a greater or lesser extent at different times.
Billd is right, you need to see a doctor to get a proper diagnosis, and don’t get discouraged if the first one you try is of the mindset that there is no such thing as adult ADD. Sadly there are a lot of them out there!
