Tenacity and practice. Just DON’T give up.

You really have to be determined. Once you are, the rest will follow.

I have similar problems, and lack the determination to follow through regularly enough. I’m constantly eating crap I shouldn’t, because I can’t yet manage to plan ahead well enough to avoid it.
