Thank you for this. I just got an ADD diagnosis today and the doctor is going to put me on Concerta. I don’t regularly take St. John’s Wort oil. I usually use it topically for the occasional skin irritation and I used to use it when travelling to help me sleep the first night in a strange place. Do you think there might be any contraindications?
