Thanks Ivriniel,

Although my goal is to find a specialist in Toronto – that is, as close to the core of the city as possible – Mississauga isn’t totally out of reach. It is a little far from where I am; however, it’s more than likely worth it to look into contacting the Credit Valley Hospital to see if Dr. Domenic Dimanno is seeing new patients. So far I’m finding it a little tricky to find Doctors and specialists within Toronto. Strange.

I must admit, Kitchener is a quite far afield for me, but thank you for mentioning The Centre for Family Medicine.

I hear you on meeting with the odd Psychiatrist who… well… who really aren’t helpful at all. Can be frustrating.

Can I ask how you first got in touch with Dr. Dimanno? Did your GP end up referring you to him?

Once again, thank you so much for the information Ivriniel. Also, if you, or anyone else out there, know of any Doctors within the city of Toronto, thanks in advance.

P.S. I just found out about this website, and I must say, it’s great. When I saw the forum section, the first thing (and the second thing, and the third thing) I thought was, “This is one of the most dynamic and sincere forums I’ve visited in some time.” It’s truly wonderful to see a place where ADDers can go to receive and share information and insight. It really is inspiring to know of a place that can remedy the alienation that can sometimes result from ADD.

I absolutely love how full of discourse and activity this forum is.
