Dr. Jay if you get a chance can you explain what you meant by “CBT deals with the accumulated negative noise.” I have done CBT before but it has been specifically for mood disorders and I’ve been thinking of ways to apply the CBT that I know of to help with the noise but I haven’t come up with anything.
