A lot of what we know about disorders has changed since the seventies, much less when the bible was written. 
The problem is that the reason people take medications is because while the brain does produce the chemicals you are referring to, they do not produce them in the right amounts to allow the brain to function the way that it should. For example, with ADD the brain is structured differently. The areas of the brain involved in organization, memory, and regulation of attention are not as well developed as in the normal brain. This means that they are not passing on the signals well enough on their own and need a little help. This isn’t a case of our vibrations being out of whack, it’s a structural problem in the biology of the brain.
Besides, I’ve always seen people with ADD as being more orange than indigo anyway. 
It’s the colour of vitality, vigor, good health and excitement. Orange people have lots of energy and stamina; they’re creative, productive, adventurous, courageous, and outgoing.
