When I went to the dr for a diagnoses a coworker/friend of mine told me: it’s about f-ing time. We have been able to communicate quite well about a number of issues that those of us with ADD deal with. Some other folks I work with that also struggle with ADD symptoms talk about those struggles and how to deal. Having ADD in a society designed around linear thinking people has it’s daily difficulties that even medication doesn’t completely make up for.
