i really wouldn’t go messing about with the dosage on your own, cos its just super unwise to fiddle with stuff like that. talk to your doctor about it. PMS isn’t 110% understood, but there might be a whole bunch of strategies you could use to help it as well as an alteration in medication levels- with professional medical guidance and support.
