Well, interesting day. I decided to try a 5 mg dose this morning after experiencing yesterday afternoon’s rush with 10mg. unfortunately, I felt nausea after getting to work. I wasn’t alone. There’s construction below my office and there was a bobcat tractor, likely running off propane, digging in the basement. I think the fumes were to blame, as a bunch of us felt off and had headaches. Unfortunately, I wasn’t sure if this was due to the methylphenidate for me. Regardless, my dose of 5 mg, although not as noticeable as yesterday, still focussed me and kept me on boring tasks. Another problem was I worked right through my breaks, including most of the lunch hour. Ooops! Anyway, after being locked in that office, feeling slightly sick all day, I am exhausted and don’t plan on taking my 3rd dose. I’m hitting the hay for a nap. FYI, I’ve had bronchitis for the past 2 weeks so I’m due some rest.
