hi friends, thanks a lot for ur replies and concern…let me make myself more clear so that u guys can understand my situation..

i am from INDIA, here i couldn’t find any ADD specialist psychiatrist, this ADD problem is very common in general population but its completely undiagnosed and here in india there is very few awareness of ADD. i m doing my medical residency , i finish my medical school last year and i know i have this problem… before posting this topic i already talked with some doctors and told my problems but either they dont have much experience in treating people with ADD or may be something else…basically my doc is chicken , no guts really and the problem is that i cant switch my doc also because he is the only one who prescribe med for me…..

see, the thing is i have a exam after 3 months which require more then 12-13 hrs study …that means i need to concentrate more n more and my methylphidate 20mg SR (sustained release) finish at 7-8 hrs and after that i am not able to concentrate on my studies, so i need some treatment plan which can fulfill my requirements …..
