Mine only lasts that long too. I find that when I’m working flat out, I can sustain it beyond where the medication has stopped working but if you find that doesn’t work for you I know some people supplement with a ritalin. 20mg is quite a low dose (like mine) so I would be tempted to ask for the lowest ritalin dose to try.
