Thanks, Larynxa.  I believe you are right.  I am dealing with less externally imposed structure than I have ever had in my life and I am having trouble creating my own.  Going off meds right now would probably be exactly the wrong thing to do.  I know I just have to make myself start (again) and the satisfaction of progress will keep me going provided I can manage to ignore the distractions that inevitably come up.  I hate this struggle.
